For your hospital needs our doctors are affiliated with Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Saint Vincent Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital. The doctors are on staff at several different nursing homes in the central Los Angeles area.
What insurance, Health Plan (HMO-PPO) Do I choose?
Healthcare can certainly seem confusing at times. To select an IMD Medical Group physician or find out which plans are accepted by IMD Medical Group, please call 1-888-444-8422. When you call we will answer your questions and help you choose a plan accepted by IMD Medical Group.
IMD Medical Group accepts more than 20 health insurance plans. Whether you have an HMO, PPO or Medicare health plan, IMD Medical Group will most likely accept your insurance.

General Information
We provide on site services for blood draw, urine studies, electrocardiograms, ultrasound, pulmonary testing and nerve conduction studies. For radiology testing and procedures a referral to a conveniently located center will be made. You may be given special instructions for lab work or diagnostic studies. For example you may be asked to arrive a half hour before your appointment or asked to not eat after midnight the day prior to your appointment.
Prescription Refills
Please notify your physician at the time of your appointment if you need a prescription refill. If you have an authorization request or you are in between appointments and need a refill, have your pharmacist call our office at (213) 487-6867 and we will handle the matter directly with them.
Request for Medical Records/Forms
Please allow one week for the completion of forms such as disability, authorizations, etc.. Completion of forms requires your nurse and doctor to review medical records and completing forms. A fee (depending on the type of form) is charged in most cases.
